What is a session with you, exactly?
A personalized spiritual session that blends no-touch energy work, guided meditation, grounding, intuitive guidance, and crystal intention work. It's quiet, reflective time for you, shaped around your intentions. You can choose a traditional, guided meditation, binaural sound, or deep consciousness journey style.
Do you touch me?
No. Sessions are completely no-touch, in person or online, and you stay fully clothed the whole time.
Is this medical care?
Spiritual and educational sessions only. Not medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Not a substitute for a licensed professional. Please keep working with your doctors and other licensed providers for any health concerns.
Do I need to believe in energy work, or follow a particular faith?
No. You don't need any experience or belief. My ministry is non-denominational, and everyone is welcome.
What happens in a first session?
We talk briefly about your intentions, you settle in comfortably, and I guide the session in the style you choose. We finish with a few minutes of grounding and reflection. See What to Expect for details.
Where do in-person sessions take place?
I meet clients at their home or at a select location in the Sarasota area. Details are shared when you book.
What should I wear or bring?
Comfortable clothing. For remote sessions, a quiet spot, a stable internet connection, and headphones.
How do remote sessions work?
We meet live by video. I guide grounding, meditation, and energy awareness while you relax in your own space.
Can I combine sessions with yoga, meditation, or other practices?
Absolutely. Many people enjoy sessions alongside their meditation, yoga, breathwork, or mindfulness routines.
How often should I come?
Whatever feels right. Some people come once, others monthly or every couple of weeks during a busy season. Packages are available for a regular rhythm.
How do booking and payment work?
